What we do
Month one we run the eight-section readiness diagnostic: calling and character, family, team, sending, funding, context, ministry model, and preaching. You'll get a candid readiness summary — the kind SEND assessors and Send Network apprenticeship evaluators actually give.
Then we backward-plan from your public launch date using the Missionary Task framework — entering, evangelizing, discipling, gathering, church-forming, and leader-developing. Every milestone gets a date. Every date gets a why.
From month two on, you get one 60-minute coaching call per month plus voice-and-text access between sessions. We work the plan, adjust the plan, and hold the line on the launch date.
