Church Planter Coaching

Who this is for

• Pre-launch planters who don't fit the Timeline track (too early, or already have a clear plan).
• Post-launch planters in years one, two, or three.
• Planters who need a coach who understands SEND, Send Network, and Southern Baptist life.

What we do

This is the classic coaching relationship. Once a month, 60 minutes, on video. You bring what's on top. I'll press on what's underneath.

We work every dimension that determines whether a plant lasts: vision clarity, marriage and family, elder pipeline, discipleship pathway, preaching rhythm, financial sustainability, mental and physical health, and your relationship with your sending church and network. Between sessions you have text and voice-note access.

I'm not going to teach you how to preach — you have better coaches for that. I'm going to be honest with you about the things nobody else is naming.
